Connect SmartX HUB to the systems you already run
Asset, location and maintenance data is only useful where your teams already work. SmartX HUB exposes over 1,000 APIs and connects to enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle and IFS — so tags, work orders and master data stay in sync without manual re-entry.
Enterprise systems
Integrations running today in customer deployments. Each one covers a defined set of objects — confirm the exact scope with our team for your version and modules.
SAP
Asset master data, movements and returnable transport items kept in sync — the same integration running at Nissan Brazil.
Oracle
Fixed asset registers and inventory records reconciled against what is physically read on site.
IFS
Work orders, maintenance history and equipment hierarchy connected to live location and condition data.
How the connection works
There is no separate “integration module”. Every screen in the platform is built on the same API surface your team gets — which is why you reach any data through one documented interface instead of a bespoke connector per module.
REST API
Over 1,000 endpoints, documented with Swagger / OpenAPI 3.0 and grouped into 40+ folders by business domain rather than shipped as one flat file.
Outbound webhooks
The RFID Inject Hub pushes live item data straight into your ERP — SAP, Oracle, IFS and others — with OAuth2 or API-key authentication and automatic retry.
Three ingest ports
Readers, sensors and gateways feed the platform over HTTP, MQTT or direct SQL. One queue, one worker, with per-reader auto-processing rules applied on arrival.
Notifications out
Events reach people as well as systems: email, WhatsApp, SMS, push, in-app SSE and webhook, driven by the same rule engine every module shares.
What flows between systems
Integration is only worth building when it removes work. These are the exchanges that pay for themselves fastest.
Asset master data
One register, not three. Assets created in the ERP appear in SmartX HUB with tag, location and status attached.
Work orders
Orders raised in the EAM carry live equipment location and condition; completion flows back automatically.
Inventory movements
Reads at doors, docks and gates post as movements — no keyboard between the physical event and the record.
Sensor readings
Temperature, humidity and condition data available to BI tools and data lakes for analysis alongside production data.
Tell us what you run, and we will tell you what connects
Send your ERP, EAM and BI stack. We will map what integrates today, what needs configuration, and what would be genuinely new work.
